Dear Researchers, Innovators, and Industry Leaders,
Industry and science experts are encouraged to submit their contributions to the 3rd International Conference on Integrated Systems in Medical Technologies (ISMT 2025), taking place on December 4–5, 2025, in Erlangen, Germany. This two-day conference will focus on mechatronic systems in medical technologies, covering a broad range of interdisciplinary applications that integrate mechanical, electronic, and software components in healthcare.
We invite the submission of:
- Full Papers (4–6 pages): Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE conference proceedings. Authors will be invited to present their work as either an oral presentation or a poster.
- Extended Abstracts (1–2 pages): Selected abstracts will be presented during a poster session.

Accepted full papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to IEEE scope and quality requirements.
Please note: Extended Abstracts (1–2 pages) will not be published in the conference proceedings. This format is ideal for early-stage research or partially published data to foster discussion and idea exchange. Selected abstracts will be presented during the conference’s poster session.
