TheTechnology Transfer Center Stein is a key innovation partner in the digitalization of emergency medical education. Our focus lies in developing and integrating modern digital technologies that enable practical and efficient training and continuing education in acute and emergency medical environments.
Founded by Ansbach University of Applied Sciences together with the city of Stein as part of the Hightech Agenda Bavaria, the center combines scientific expertise with regional practice. Our goal is to create digital innovations that sustainably improve both education and operational emergency medicine.
We collaborate closely with emergency services, medical technology companies, as well as authorities and organizations responsible for security tasks to explore new research areas and jointly address current challenges. Cutting-edge technologies such as virtual reality, machine learning, and artificial intelligence play a central role in our work.
Beyond direct education and training, we also support research projects in disaster response, healthcare, and care research. This creates a comprehensive ecosystem that promotes the transfer of scientific knowledge into practical application and advances the digital transformation of emergency medicine.
