BAM GmbH is a multi-technology provider for machining, additive and transforming construction as well as sheet-metal-working and welding of single and series parts and also for mounting of assembling groups. We stand by our customers as a full-service-provider – from design consulting to component manufacturing and mounting of assembling groups. Our machine fleet with over 40 modern turning- and milling-centers, 3d-printers, welding stations and sheet metal working machines leaves nothing to be desired.

Our manufacturing processes at a glance:

CNC turning
Short turning up to Ø 300 mm, long turning up to Ø 32 mm, cylindrical grinding

CNC milling
3-axis milling up to 1,850 x 700 x 500 mm, 5-axis milling up to 800 x 800 x 550 mm, wire- and sinker-eroding

Welding
MIG, MAG, TIG processes as well as spot and stud welding. Certified according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and to DIN EN 15085-2 CL1 for the rail vehicle industry

Edging
Sheet thickness up to 25 mm (steel/stainless steel/aluminum) and up to 8 mm (brass/copper). Components with dimensions up to 1,500 x 3.000 mm by a pressing force of 230 tons

Laser processing
6 kW fiber laser for sheet thickness up to 25 mm (steel/stainless steel/aluminum) and up to 8 mm (brass/copper). Components with dimensions up to 1,500 x 3.000 mm

3D-printing FDM
Ideal for prototypes and concept studies with dimensions of 5 x 5 x 5 to 406 x 355 x 406 mm

3D-printing Polyjet
Ideal for components with high quality-standards concerning surfaces and resolution of details. Dimensions of 5 x 5 x 5 to 490 x 390 x 200 mm

3D-printing Multi Jet Fusion
Ideal for (small)-series of functional parts and prototypes with exact geometries and a high level of details. Dimensions of 5 x 5 x 5 to 380 x 284 x 380 mm
