We deliberately keep the entry for new customers modular: a readiness check, an assessment or a clearly scoped fixed-price proof of concept, followed by implementation and, on request, operation as a managed service. We approach digitalization from the product, not from the app – first connectivity, then platform, then data and AI. Security and compliance are part of the implementation, not rework. Changes thus remain certifiable; MDR, IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 are considered from the start. Our platform, data and security expertise comes from the automotive industry and is already in productive use in healthcare – including predictive service at Carl Zeiss and digital remote maintenance at Karl Storz.
