beni – sole, scientific-validated solution for identifying psycho-social stress factors during and after pregnancy
At the heart of the beni app is a digital questionnaire based on the “Konstanz Index (KINDEX),” an instrument for self-assessment of psycho-social stress. Parents are sensitized to recognize their own stresses and to take advantage of counseling and support at an early stage, thus avoiding or minimizing future health risks such as diabetes, depression, obesity, eating/personality disorders for their child later on.
