We spoke with Mr. Oluseyi Agbola to learn more about  Chatdok’s mission, its AI-powered solutions, and how the company is shaping the future of healthcare.

Could you briefly introduce Chatdok UG and explain what drives your mission to transform healthcare through AI-powered solutions—especially in the areas of chronic care and healthcare accessibility?

Chatdok UG is a health-tech company specializing in AI-assisted self-care, chronic care empowerment, and customized medical large language models (LLMs) for pharmaceutical companies and healthcare enterprises. With chronic diseases like heart failure continuing to rise and over 1.5 billion people globally lacking reliable access to care, we believe AI has the power to democratize care by making it more personalized, proactive, and scalable. With Chatdok, we aim to empower patients, providers, and healthcare organizations by combining medical expertise with generative AI, predictive analytics, and remote monitoring. Our focus is on solutions that go beyond information to actually support patient engagement, continuous monitoring, and better adherence—ultimately improving outcomes and reducing preventable complications.

 

 Your portfolio includes solutions such as Chatdok-Navigator, Chatdok-Heart, and RxGenius.ai. Could you walk us through these products and explain the concrete problems they solve for healthcare enterprises, patients, and pharmaceutical stakeholders?

Absolutely. Each of our solutions targets a specific need within the healthcare system:

Chatdok-Heart is a physician-led, AI-assisted digital therapeutics for heart failure and CAD, helping patients manage conditions through AI-guided self-care, remote monitoring, and adherence support, while enabling providers to set up and optimize personalized care plans and receive real-time alerts via the chronic care monitor.

RxGenius.ai is an enterprise-ready, compliant AI pharmacy assistant for e-pharmacy and pharma support, helping users find answers to product questions and more, while also aiding pharmaceutical stakeholders in improving engagement and real-world adherence outcomes.

Chatdok-Navigator is designed for enterprise clients—particularly hospitals and insurers—to assist in digital patient triage, care coordination, and navigating complex care pathways.


Many healthcare institutions are cautious when it comes to implementing AI. How does Chatdok ensure secure, privacy-first deployment of its technologies—particularly in sensitive environments like hospitals, health insurers, or e-pharmacies?

Data privacy and regulatory compliance are foundational to everything we build. All our systems are developed under strict adherence to GDPR and HIPAA standards, with end-to-end encryption and secure cloud infrastructure. We follow a privacy-by-design approach, ensuring that user data is anonymized or pseudonymized when appropriate, and stored in jurisdiction-compliant data centers. Our generative AI models operate within closed, auditable environments, no third-party exposure or unvetted large language models are involved. We also work closely with clinical and legal advisors to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards for clinical safety and ethical AI use. Transparency, explainability, and patient consent are not optional—they’re central pillars of our deployment strategy.

Joining the Medical Valley network is a key milestone for us. We see this ecosystem as a catalyst for growth in several areas:

  • Clinical validation and regulatory support: Collaborating with hospitals and research institutions and support in navigating the German healthcare system and achieving reimbursement status for Chatdok-Heart.
