softgate is based in Erlangen, Germany and has been developing software for medical systems and applications since 1992. Our customers include global corporations, medium-sized companies as well as start-ups. Our ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified quality management forms the optimal basis for software projects in various medical domains.
From large systems (e.g. X-ray) to small devices (e.g. infusion pumps) continued with cloud collaboration platforms to application software. Our mission is to help shape the medical technology world with solution-oriented, secure and innovative software solutions and thus contribute to optimized patient care.
The main topics in medical technology are embedded systems (real-time systems, hardware-related programming, device controls), communication systems, image processing/quality, service software and connectivity (DICOM, HL7, GDT, IHE, SDC).
