Cancer Center.AI

Cancer Center.AI enables experts to work together to diagnose cancer faster and with higher efficiency. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology experts can use software platforms to diagnose patients without the necessity to deliver non-digital images.
Specialized algorithmic solutions analyze medical images for pathology and radiology. They are designed to offer rapid access to second and third diagnostic opinions and to help develop a therapeutic approach quickly. This solution will help both the patients and physicians. It will reduce anxiety caused by not knowing what they are dealing with and what is the exact nature of their disease.
Cancer Center.AI products, which are both in API and Web Platforms, do all the work — segment images, find regions of interest, generate statistical descriptions of images, count cells, mitosis, and even recognize the type of cell.

In Pathology

PathoCam – Manual Whole Slide Imaging Software that digitizes laboratory slides by using only personal microscope equipment and a camera.
PathoCam is the software for scanning slides viewed under a microscope. It allows quick digitization of whole pathology slides without a scanner. It consists of an application that runs on Windows OS/macOS and requires access to a camera connected to the microscope. Scanning is done by manually moving the lens over the sample. The viewed fragments are continuously scanned and combined into one large image. The finished images are automatically uploaded to the Cancer Center Platform for easier analysis or sharing. Scans are stored securely and cheaply in the cloud (in a personal file archive). PathoCam is a simple, effective, easy-to-use, and relatively inexpensive solution.

Module for pathologists enables to zoom, view, annotate and share pathology images by web/browser. It also applies AI modules to support pathologist decisions. The algorithm for determining the Gleason scale in prostate cancer generates a color-coded map showing the affiliation of cells to a specific point on the scale. The AI-generated results can be manually corrected with a brush and eraser. It is possible to view several scans simultaneously (split screen) and synchronize views of analogous scans (different coloring). Areas of interest can be outlined, measured, described, and commented. The entire sample/scan can be shared with a single person or a group of specialists. Assessment results are collected in reports based on global standards (ICCR, WHO). The platform includes built-in ICD-O codes for describing cancer according to international standards. The platform has a user-friendly interface and offers many editing options.

In Radiology

DICOM web viewer that analyzes radiology images (MRI, CT, USG, and others) works under AI modules and supports the diagnosis process. Radiologists can add annotations on the images and create a custom repository of studies.
Currently available algorithms: segmentation of anatomical structures, segmentation of lesions, classification of the severity of lesions according to radiological classifications (e.g., PIRADS prostate, BIRDS breast) in CT, MRI, and US images.
The main task of the platform is to provide data for comparative analysis with pathomorphological diagnosis in cancer treatment.

Medical Second Opinion
The application enables sharing medical uploaded to modules for radiologists and pathologists. The main task of the platform is to provide data to compare the analysis issued by different specialists. Radiological and pathological reports can be viewed simultaneously by using a split screen. In complex cases, a remote collaboration of specialists with different expertise and experience (group analysis, commenting, and sharing opinions) is possible. The platform has a standardized way to add anonymized patient data and store them securely. Whole communication between specialists and the patient takes place on the platform creating a valuable and secure medical data archive.
